Have you ever had dreams about accomplishing goals on you can see? Do you ever sit by a window and daydream about the day you accept awards and recognition for your humanitarianism? Well, I have and many times. I started daydreaming about winning the Nobel peace prize when I was in high school. I’ve always wanted to make an impact in the world and never knew how to go about doing that.
My intentions throughout my life’s journey have always been about making a change. Many nights I felt like I would never accomplish any of that and would never help anyone. Many nights I felt like I was going backward instead of forward. Instead of being heard and being the voice of wisdom, I always felt ignored, like my voice really didn’t matter.
But I continually kept the faith that God would do something amazing in my life and he did. He allowed me to experience a trauma that changed my whole trajectory on life. I am now the voice of single moms who are not looking for revenge or payback but looking for complete emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical healing. My work with single moms is now providing a safe haven for moms to speak freely and relate to the many difficulties in the world. Although I’ve kept my movement private as this is a very delicate situation, God is now calling for me to bring it to a wider level.
I’ve taught classes, wrote a book, and leading many mothers to supernatural healing. My “quiet” work has become not so quiet as I am recognized in Delaware Business Times “People to Watch in 2020.” DBT is one of the largest publications in Delaware and I am so honored that they’ve chosen me to watch in 2020. I humbly accept the recognition and the awareness, as my mission is much greater than me. Thank you to everyone who believes in me and my mission to heal as many single mamas out there.
